Nami's yuzu grey matcha has the bright and citrusy flavor of yuzu balanced by the earthiness of first harvest, organic matcha. The name "yuzu grey" comes from the combination of yuzu + green tea that parallels that of earl grey (bergamot + black tea). We hope you enjoy its sweet + fruity flavor!

Yuzu Grey Kit

Here’s how to use your gorgeous kit to make the best matcha possible!

Soak your whisk in warm water for at least 30 seconds. Blooming helps soften the bristles to prevent breakage!
Use the scoop to pick up your matcha + sift it with your sieve to get rid of clumps.
Our recommended ratio: 3g matcha + 40g water.
Whisk in an M or W motion to create a thick foam consistency.
Rinse whisk with water + let dry on whisk holder.
Rinse scoop + sieve with water.
Handwashing your chawan is recommended.
