Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

  • We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (product drops, sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Times & Costs

We ship from our Arkansas based fulfillment centers, and shipping rates/times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Typical delivery times:

  • USA: 2-5 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order ships. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong Address / Address Changes

Please double-check your address.

Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to change the address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it - additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please first check with neighbours or your local carrier office.

  • If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. We're unable to investigate or replace orders reported outside this window.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • Delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we’ll help however we can.
