Yummy and unique!
This was my first time trying hojicha and it was a fun experience! I used brown sugar and whole milk and it made for a very good latte. Oddly enough this blend tasted a lot like a wild rice cake to me. I definitely got the nutty notes, but no chocolate flavor. I’m very curious about the dark roast now! I wouldn’t say hojicha meets the matcha bar for me, but it’s been a fun way to mix up my latte routine! Loved the packaging as well!
