Grown in the Yame region of Fukuoka, this matcha's deep green color is as rich as its taste - nutty, earthy, and subtly sweet. Tea leaves grown in the mountains of Yame have a flavor unique from other areas. This matcha is single-origin (Yame) and made of two incredibly high quality Okumidori and Saemidori cultivars, giving our matcha an extraordinary taste you won't be able to get enough of!

What's Included

- White speckled matcha bowl (chawan) with an earthy green interior. Ceramic bowl with a spout for easy pouring. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

- Bamboo Whisk (chasen). Make matcha the traditional way with the Nami whisk made of a singular piece of bamboo! Complete with Nami logo.

- Whisk Holder to shape your whisk after use. Ceramic and matches the chawan.

- Sieve (stainless steel). To sift matcha before whisking!

How To Use

How make a perfect matcha!

Scoop 1/2 tsp of matcha using your bamboo scoop and sift into the chawan using your sieve. Whisk together with 1-2oz of water. For best froth, use water at a temp of 140-175°F (60-80°C).

Enjoy with water or milk (add 4-6oz of whichever you prefer!) Enjoy hot or iced.
