How make a perfect matcha!
Scoop 1/2 tsp of matcha using your bamboo scoop and sift into the chawan using your sieve. Whisk together with 1-2oz of water. For best froth, use water at a temp of 140-175°F (60-80°C).
Enjoy with water or milk (add 4-6oz of whichever you prefer!) Enjoy hot or iced.

I've wanted to get Nami Matcha Starter Kit once Ashley launched. I'm so glad I got notified by email about restock so glad didn't wait to grab. The package is absolutely beautiful. I love everything. The bowl is so huge which I was quite surprise. I was so happy about. I haven't tried yet the Nami Okumidori First Harvest Matcha will be definitely trying soon enough. I'll be making another comment. There's only two pictures, I wanted make sure everything was cleaned and put away properly. This my very first matcha kit.
I bought this as a gift for my sister. She loved the butter yellow vibe. It is a color that is not easy to get sick of, so this kit will last.
She likes all of the tools included except the sieve doesn't sit on the chasen sturdily. She has to hold while sifting, which is fine, but results in slips sometimes.
I would say the actual matcha taste is mellow and on the bitter side. I don't know if there is a lot of depth, but it's a good starter matcha.
Great beginner matcha kit
I am very new to making/tasting matcha. My previous experience was mostly with Starbucks matcha lol. This matcha does have a nice flavor true to its description, and all the items are included that you may need to make your own, other than a kettle and prep instructions. Great product, and would make a great gift for someone new to matcha!
My granddaughter said it just what she wanted.
